Delete your data

1. Data the app keeps on your phone

Your projects, counters, notes, work timer, stash list and settings are stored only on your phone. We never receive them, so we hold no copy and there is nothing to delete on our side. To delete this data:

• A project: delete it in the app.
• Everything: uninstall the app, or go to Android Settings → Apps → StitchRow → Storage → Clear storage.
• Backup files you exported: these are files you saved yourself. Delete them where you saved them (your phone, a cloud drive or an email).
• Android backup copy: if Android's own backup is on, a copy of the app's data and settings may be stored in your own Google account. Manage or delete it in your phone's Google backup settings. We never receive that copy.

2. Usage statistics and crash reports

The app sends anonymous usage statistics and crash reports to Google Firebase only when sharing is on (in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland only after you tap Allow; you can turn it off in Settings at any time), as described in the privacy policy. They never contain project names, notes, stash entries or counter values, and they cannot be tied to you by name or email. Google deletes analytics event data automatically after 2 months and crash reports after 90 days.

3. Purchases

Purchases are handled by Google Play. We only receive whether Pro is owned, never payment details. Your purchase history is managed in your Google account.
